This is what happened.
I charged a Giant from orcs and goblins with my tirianoc. I did my attacks then it was his turn. He rolled a 3 i think, not sure - not important. The important part is that he gets 2D6-attacks unless i pass an initiative-test with my lowest score. My chariot has - (which means 0) and riders are elves. Are we correct in interpreting this rule if i take >4 wounds i instantly die with the chariot?

a chariot has what is considered a 'combined' stat line, as it is not a multipart model (IE, the whole thing is removed at once, the crew don't stay and fight once it is destroyed). Like the crew doesn't have wounds, does that mean they can't be killed or aren't there in the first place? No. It means you use something else in the combined statline. Some things, for example, a steam tank have no initiative and then auto fail.
