The concensus here on Ulthuan is also Scroll, I believe. I know I prefer it. Furion prefers it. Norway's HE player from last prefers it. It's not that the Book isn't strong, it just doesn't have the same effect which tends to be crucial in more games than not.

The latest draft is anyone's guess. The AR.com has let HE alone for multiple drafts now and then suddenly this nerfhammer hit like a freight train.
