Wow, looks stunning, really , great job.
A bit of a fluffminded question though, were there dragons on the high elf side? Back when I was more up to date with the warhammer lore there weren't (and that's the reason why asarnil was banished), yet, this might have been changed in the newer editions.

Great, ah, the defence of brass keep, the slaughter at bohensfels, the ride of da demolisher on the causeways of middenheim.
Yet, I wasn't to pleased with the retconning of the storm of chaos either.
This seems great though,

Interesting, this would be a great way to add a more fluffy feeling to the army and open up a great deal of options.
I only would remove the option of barding, as I don't think it's really that common and makes them too much like silver helms...

Impressive, I'm impressed. I tried to identify what I like the most, and I felt I would do the model injustice by singling out one thing.

Re: "a closed country"
Grom got through because of some storm I think, it drove his fleet through the mists or something (as he intended to attack Marienburg if I recall correctly). Didn't he lose half his army in the process? I think that a large majority of the high elves, having no direct way to identify the humans bef...

Re: The Phoenix Kings Balloon Debate - Aenarion
This debate should be about Aenarion's actions and what impact these actions had on Elven society as a whole. Not only society, the entire elven race. And as to my closing point, without him, there would be no elven race anymore, there would have been no phoenix king. For sure, others also played a...

Re: The Phoenix Kings Balloon Debate - Aenarion
If I may, quote the ENTIRE Song of the Creator. And break it down, for the most part: Objection, you make it sound like I was biased in quoting only part of the song, while I might add, in my view I quoted the most relevant part. By no means did I try to influence the audience by omitting parts of ...

Re: The Phoenix Kings Balloon Debate - Aenarion
Was the old world in itself not doomed since the collaps of the polar gates and the departure of the old ones? Would the elves have prevailed up until now without Aenarion, without his strength and guidance? One can hardly blame the father for all the actions of the son, now can we? Home education y...

Re: The Phoenix Kings Balloon Debate - Aenarion
Was he not the leader of the elven race during the 'Golden Age', the first time the number of elves grew, and the only time for that matter. Actually no he wasn't Fireblade as the Everqueen ruled during the Golden Ages not a Phoenix King. I know i'm part of the defense here but i had to point that ...

Re: The Phoenix Kings Balloon Debate - Aenarion
May I, on account of the defense, quote the song of the creator, recited five times by every elf on ulthuan every decade. "And on this day we bow our heads to he who world did save, Aenarion the proud defender, Aenarion the ever brave" What other phoenix king has knowingly doomed himself a...

Benjamin Rises?
Otherwise anything related to mists, cliffs, eagle ships, hawk ships, eagle claw...
Or maybe something more like: raiders of justice (depends a bit on how 'good' you consider high elves to be)

If it is possible, I would like to join as well, I will aid to my best efforts to make sure the virtues of Caledor 2 are put on display.
edit: I just realised I would make the participants an odd number, so if that's a problem, i'll withdraw, no problem.

Mmmm, these pictures seem to me like the influence of slaanesh at work once more. I would say we need a swordmaster to take care of these cultists. Re: Seaguards - Can they substitute Archers?
If you asked if LSG could fill the same roll as spears, than I would probably say: YES. Standing around completly useless and losing you the game can easily be achieved by both, spears and LSG :D But why pay the extra points for LSG if you can achieve the same for a lower price :P To be serious, I'...

Re: Highelves not being "good"
Of course, I agree completely. There was nothing pinpointing the obelisk/runestone event to a certain timeframe. The story never really pinpointed the high elves at all, but then, in a small village in Nordland, it's hard to expect the humans to have witnessed an elf. It mentioned just a couple of s...

Re: Highelves not being "good"
But that would assume a sort of equality between elves and men that simply does not exist. It's not that humans can understand but don't have the knowledge, it's that with even great trouble on the part of the elves, they would only be able to understand fragments and not quite as intended. Same wit...

Re: Highelves not being "good"
Agreed, it is said that what sets men apart from animals is their ability to make abstractions, think in conditionals etc. I would imagine elves to be the next step on the ladder, seeing connections humans simply fail to understand. (as with the runestone underneath a village) And if you happen to h...

Re: IMF and war in Yugoslavia
So in the 19th century the Croatian political elite worked on reforming the kingdom of Croatia as an equal partner within the Hapsburg monarchy. In addition to that idea there were two other; the Pan-Slavism (created as an idea by a Croat priest Juraj Krizhanich) and the Illirian movement or Yugosl...
