Yeah, of course, only the link leader can 'act' in the active turn. Eg fire. But the whole team moves as a group, you can swap leaders with an order. Link teams are a special rule for Sectorials such as JSA or ISS. Where a group of similar minis can be part of a team of 3 (min) to 5. Each extra member of the team gives bonuses to the link, a single order activates the whole team. But yeah, start with basic rules and build up.

Well mine has been confirmed to be received. It was sent to Gizmos, glad he's doing ok now.

RE: the missile launcher, it works in the simple colours of real world weaponry, greys or olive greens, both would work with this mini. It's not like the MSR's where you have the scopes to paint up, but as HE players, we can treat them like dark gems and we're used to them.

Grain Layer: Brown Sand (Vallejo MC)
Grain High: Bleached Bone/Ushabti Bone (GW)

Here's a relevant picture of how I did mine. You just have to arrange it when you're glueing them to their bases.
