Re: A head fit for a Queen.
You could also do it yourself with greenstuff :) Sure. But if I could do that why would I buy the model in the first place? Well, we are only talking about the head here. If you look at my avatar picture, it is mostly the Dragon Prince Kit and a custom made head. Hairs was the easier part to do, I ...

But there is now world left, everyone is dead, what plot hole and possibility of having an high elf army in such a setting. Sure, we can still play the game but... Re: How 9th edition could be Awesome!
At this point, I am more interested in the fluff behind a 9th edition. So far my interest is fading out with all these ET books. I mean, I try to stay on board but like a lot of people, it`s taking a toll on my hobby. At least I was right with Tyrion getting resurected :P However, I feel all theses ...

Thanks for previous comments guys, sorry if I was late, it`s already been more than half a year I touched a brush but after a long time, I finally was able to get some paint done. Old models I had bought when I started, most of the silver helms had bits of old paint, broken parts and some glue depos...

Well, I for one is one of the very displeased player with latest changes to elves in general. The background story and knowing where my army came from ( fictional or not ) was something that made me enjoy the hobby. With Ulthuan gone and a rather akward melting pot in Athel Loren, I simply can`t fin...

Seeing as Malekith also resisted the sword of khaine, Maybe in the end Tyrion draws it and becomes dark while Malekith in an act of redemption for himself and his people becomes light, fighting Tyrion and both ultimately dying as Malekith use his last strength to put the weapon back in it’s Altar. ...

Re: Whom do you serve? The End Times: Khaine (SPOILER ALERT)
Ulthuan is gone. Teclis is in my eyes the main reason for it. Tyrion is insane and there is no way in hell I would bow down to Malekith. Alarielle is too weak, letting Tyrion and her daughter die like this only to marry Malekith, that is no leader. There is nothing left to defend, the elven kingdoms...

Yep, and it does seems like the process was painful for Aenarion also: "True to his word Aenarion hurled himself into the brazier of the flames of Asuryan, at first it seemed as through the flames would consumed him, his skin blackened and peeled, his hair was burned from his head but then a mi...

I could indeed see the ancient lie being revealed as Khaine being in fact Khorne. Malekith despite all his evil deeds would never serve Chaos, he always fought them or tried to use them. Such a revelation amidst Chaos forces assaulting both Ulthuan and Naggaroth ( via Morathi’s treachery ) could ve...

Finally was able to start, first time I touched brushes in a few months.
A small progress, did some basic coats:
I still need to glue back 2 lances and 3 horse tails, and you can see some remaining damage from the water leak on the movement tray

I’ve been out of action for a while, lots of stuff happening. Very interesting to know point conservation, draws and terrain were not successful concept to build around in that tournament. Congrats on that victory sir!
Whatever the competition pack, it takes a good general to study the battlefield, conditions of engagement and more importantly: make use of it.
Beautifully painted army and also, that other army you plan to bring is really intimidating

Well, it was a failure last month after 2 good months. I tried to muster the strength to at least fix the damage done by the waterleak. While it’s still theory, I was looking for ways for my busses to capitalize on their overruns into new combat for a free round of CC. The goal is to keep the momentum of the cavalry by ensuring the busses participate in as many combat as possible through the course of a game. That’s where the shadow...

Well, first you’d need to have a few people you trust and play with. if I was to start a club, it would be one where I want to hang out so for sure I’d stay clear from the game store concept. This is not be arrogant, but playing nerds, smelly trolls, teens and fat guys with pants that shows their “p...

Re: Taking Ellyrian Reavers as a full unit?
I tried that in earlier games but I did not have as many games under my belt as I do now. What worked: - A 15 strong models is very deceptive in the deployment phase, it is not so obvious what role that unit will have and despite it`s size, it will get through any larger than 3" gaps in the opp...

Re: Swordmasters / White Lions Debate
It would be a major undertaking but I would be curious, all armies considered, to see the average number of models per armies that generally fall into each of the columns. My bet is that the toughness 3 & 4 column coupled to 5+ to 3+ armor save rows consist in the large majority of existing troo...
