Can anyone hear what it is he is reading aloud in the beginning? I thought it might be used in a scenario (6-hour roleplay) or something..

running it through a J-E search:
Suicchi = Switch
Pitagorasu = Pythagoras

It looks like they ran the words together for their program name :D

Either that, or its actually called "Pythagoras Itch" heh
