Depends how cruel you want to be to him. :P

In general it looks good, and I like some of the synergies. Magic could be optimised though. Two level 4s is usually a bit of a waste because you'll struggle to have enough power dice to cast all those spells. Maybe you could drop the archmage down to a level 1 or 2 with a dispel scroll, or even two level 1s with Light so that Banishment becomes S6. Light would also be a solid choice for all of Alarielle's spells because of the bubble spells which can boost your two main infantry blocks. Of course, High is also a very good choice. And you could use any spare points to get more white lions.

In any case, let us know how it goes. Great to see someone still playing 8th, especially right now! :)

I agree, the units are very solid while the Phoenix and Everqueen are very dangerous.

The main problem could be a lack of high strength attacks. I would usually bring RBT, also WoC hate them and they give good board control. Horn of Isha is interesting but I’d be tempted to go Reaver Bow/Potion of Strength for those S8 shots. The cavalry bus is very resilient but if it doesn’t win on the charge it could struggle thereafter. I’d suggest switching the Archmage to Beasts for the Strength boosts and Ogre Blade or Star Lance/Great Weapon on the BSB.
