New Warhammer army for schoolproject. Please help!

This is a question list for a school project (Game Design and Development). We are designing a new playable Warhammer army and are making an army book for it, along with a few converted models. For that we need your help. The question list got 16 questions and should only take about two minutes. Your input is highly appreciated.

We want to design an army so awesome that YOU will stop playing your current army and start playing this (or take this as a second army). Therefore you must answer all questions not just by which sounds cool, but which sounds really worth buying (almost everything sounds cool).

Some answer might seem unbalanced, strange, unrealistic etc. Yet for all answers we can design a logic, balanced and realistic army, so you don’t have to take those things into account.

We would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to help us in our project.

Also, feel free to post any tips or suggestions here. Every comment will be taken into account.

They may have stopped making the models but the rules from the last ed are still alive and kicking somewhere.

For the Love of God, don't do Ind and Cathay - they're too ingrained into GW lore for it to be a fluffy army IMO.

Too bad, although if I ever find one of the polar bear riding tzar models I'll have to pick it up

That is possibly the most used non standard steed for chariots (oh, and rhinoxes). My mate has a beastman rmy with 3 of the things.

haha reminds me of my grade 8 final art project. I painted a regiment of spears. Painting models in class = the best bending of rules I could think of. Teacher kept on asking me if I was really doing it for the project and I just said yes.
