Need Help with Building and Playing a 5000pts army VS WoC

I haven't played WHFB in quite a while, but a friend of mine invited me to a hardcore 5000pt game against his WoC, and I decided to give it a go. However, I have trouble deciding on what/how to play, and would appreciate any help. Here are some things we agreed on:

- Standard 6x4 table.
- Scenario Nr.1 (Pitched Battle?).
- No EoT rules/armies. Just standard army book HE vs WoC.
- Standard 2d6 winds of magic.
- Each army must include one (and only one) special character.
- We try to make the lists as powerful/broken as can be.

Considering the models that I own, I can field almost any number of any unit, with the following exceptions:

- Only one Frostheart
- No Flamespyres
- Only 10 Sisters of Averlorn
- Only 1 Skycutter
- No Eltharion

I was considering going with double Star Dragons and taking Korhil or Caradryan, but in the end I believe using Allarielle and a WL Deathstar (48 WLs) with BotWD and a Lothern Seahelm BSB with Banner of Averlorn is probably the most powerful option.

I know it's a difficult game size to comment on, but I would appreciate any comments and advice on how to make the list below more powerful. I don't mind completely changing the list if you believe that that is what would be the strongest option, however the restrictions listed above are fixed.
