I'm actually building my High Elves at 3k points. The list is the following:

I have still more or less 185 points left, and here comes my dilemma:
5 Additional White Lions and 1 Lion Chariot
or 1 Lion Chariot and 1 Chariot of Tiranoc
or 1 noble, Great Eagle, Potion of Strenth, Reaver Bow, Lion Cloak, Heavy Armour and Shield.
or dropping the Mage and putting a Loremaster of Hoeth into the army.
My actual favourite are the 5 additional WL and the Lion Chariot. Would be a nice charge and they could hold on their own for 2 rounds (more if the BSB would be near)
