Local Tournament 1000pts armybuild

As in the Subject: I am playing a local tournament on sunday so this really is a last minute list.
Obs, there was no need to put this list into display or submitting in any way as this is a small local tournament with 12 players.
Limitations are NO Lords, but may use the points for Lords in Heroes instead.
Got an army that looks like this atm:
Heroes 135pts
Level 1 Fire Mage, Ring of Khaine and Dispelscroll 135pts

Core 265pts
14 Archers with musician 150pts
5 Silver Helms with shields 115pts

Special 360pts
19 Phoenix Guard with Full Command and Razorbanner 360pts

Rare 240pts
Frost Phoenix 240pts

So any advice on changing this one?
I would love to have a BSB but I cannot seem to get the points for it.
Since Mages dies when you blink in combat they need to stay out of it.
What I am thinking of changing the most are my silver helms, but added them to fill core and make flankcharges or kill chaff
The main plan is to let the army do the killing assisted by a firemage who throws Fireballs and uses his ring.
