Lahmian medium is about 5 times the price of a good glaze medium from Windsor and Newton or other manufacturer.

If you want to give that sort of thing a try, I'd look at a more cost-effective medium.

Eh, I already have the medium, so if I need new mediums I'll look into that Antheron. Appreciate you looking out for my wallet! =D>

Less money out means more money for fun stuff like miniatures and beer.

First group of Reavers. Difficult models to paint quickly due to their amazing amount of little details. I probably could've done either better with some details, but perhaps I am being hard on myself.

If i had to pick one thing that could be improved it's that you've put your static grass, rocks and flower clumps in the same place on each of the bases. I'd always try and make the placement of scenics as unique and random as I can. But that's a very minor thing.
Great work, I love the colours!

Brad

First Painted Models

I received an excellent comment in the May 2014 Painting Challenge with the poster saying they wished they could get to my level. Well this was where I started, a few years ago. With some patience and practice I've gotten to where I am now, which is still nowhere near some of the fantastic talent elsewhere on Ulthuan. But, practice makes, maybe not perfect, but better with time.

Too bad. Not sure how I missed those ogres. Just wanted to say they are perfect. The colour scheme is striking.

Thanks Aicanor. I really appreciate it. I really enjoyed doing them, but as I said, the motivation really dropped off with the whole AoS debacle.
