Silver Helms are damn awesome!! Do you have maybe some photos of "green" phase?

Stunning work. I really like the Silver Helm conversions - combining old and new models gives them so much character. :D I can't wait to see more.

Agreed, the SH are stunning! Really love those wings on the horse's heads! Wow! I hope you don't mind if I'll steal the idea! ;-)

How did you do those wings, with green stuff, made a mould? Or had lots of spares?

thanks for the comments! well, the most part of the conversion for the silver helms is the trapping on the back of the chariot horse..it was made in greenstuff. I sculped the cloth and then the scales on it.. the wings are simply from tyrion\malhandir box.
As soon as possible I'll try to post some other photos:)
