Wow thankyou, I will eventually get my army done, patience is a virtue. Id like to nominate Baerion's high elves thread for a complete army, as it must look incredible when playing. and I would like to nominate Trag Sifarins converted dragon for a conversion from Trag Sifarins Blog I really want a dragon like that now!

I think your categories should also list 'concept', for that I would like to nominate Dragontamer, Mike Newman and dalhara all of whom have independently come up with truly stunning cream paint schemes
since returning to the game after a 5 year break I have had 1 massacre loss, 3 minor losses, 2 draws, 3 minor wins, 3 solid wins, 2 massacres :)

I have added the concept category and counted your nominations. I'd just like to add that you should feel free to submit nominations for armies that have already been nominated. I will add an army after 3-5 nominations so it's no good everyone nominating the good armies once :D

Also, I'm thinking that once there is a good few armies in the showcase we could have a competition with a vote for best in each category and best overall. Anyone think that would be a good idea?

Though I'm not sure there is enough interest and traffic on the painting forum compared to the other forums to get enough people in on this ]:
We could however make this a sort of archive where we link to other threads that we feel must not be forgotten - either because of an awesome paint job, awesome conversions, ideas, etc

Yeah,I was thinking (It's a first :D) that we should just add some of the really old but good threads here without nominations otherwise they'll not be noticed. I shall start finding some stuff tomorow.

When Im done my new one in a couple of years I'll post it. Its gonna be big, featuring 1400 points of archers and LSG :D
For the dwarfs, there was only this. Hammerson met Grombrindal’s gaze, and the White Dwarf nodded slowly. If it must be done, let it be done well. Whether they were dead or alive, that was the only way dwarfs knew how to do anything.

And Grombrindal said "10 from the back, yeah?"

I've added that in, didn't see it since it was in the general WHF forum rather than P&M :)

maybe stick mine in the middle of the list lol. We dont want an observer pressng that link first and thinking the rest are equally as bad.
