Arena Montreal - Tables (Fantasy and 40k) [Pic Heavy]

#1 Post by Silver »

Well this weekend's tournament was enjoyable, even though we faced 3 Daemons (Demons + Dark Elves, Demons + Demons, Demons + Dark Elves) out of the 4 Daemon Teams. >_> Yeah just our luck of the draw.

Here are pictures of the game tables & terrain pieces, they were incredible for both 40k and Fantasy, I haven't taken pictures of them all though O:

Looks like an awsome set of tables. I especially like the HE (or Tzneetch) table with the Dragon Statues - very impressive (and expensive :P)

I'm with Prince on this one: the High Elf table is absolutely fantastic. I'm particularly fond of the "statues" made with the stone-esque paint jobs on the High Elf figures. That was just plain cool. The best, though, would be the stone pathways. I have no idea how those were made (I'd make them with cut-out chipboard squares), but they were fantastic. I don't even know how much I'd be willing to pay for such a table!

I think their both Imrik, using the different dragon body parts.

Yeah the tables are gorgeous and everyone in our group is always impressed over the money they spent to make the terrain. Especially on the Lava table.

Dragon on the right looks like Beastmaster Rakath's old black dragon (can tell by the spikes and arrowhead style tail) which I recently sold.
