Tedcase, - the guy in the middle is the legendary 4th Edition Tiranoc Charioteer figure. I know he's a figure which is not that easy to find since he was only for 4th Edition and only available with the 4th Edition Chariot. I got very very lucky.
With the same lot of bits I did also get his chariot, but it has unfortunately been converted to 5th Edition with different horses, no quivers and two sawn about and converted metal archers. Light repairs will be needed (sigh).
Prince_Asuryan, - Yes I did know he was Teclis I was just being silly. Luckily I found the broken off piece of his staff in the box everything had been packed in so I'll be able to repair him. After all my years as a High Elf player this is my very first Teclis believe it or not.
I've also found three 3rd/4th Edition command group figures I'd never seen before except in a catalogue; The Musician, the Standard Bearer and the Champion with Sword. Their former owner had a thing about red and green and I've got various spear Elves from the same source that are painted in a similar way.

yeah! - as you can probably tell from my signiature I fricken love that old charioteer model!! his plumes are very elegant aren't they? (i've got about 5 of these models, but only one of them is mounted on his chariot, 2 of them are captains for my Lothern Gateguard regiments and the other two are sitting untouched in my bitz box.
Those old champion/command group models are really good in my opinion they add a little bit of metallic quality and variety to those old uniformed/disciplined plastic spearelf units - Ive got three complete sets of those feathered command groups chaps, and two sets that only have the standard bearer and musician in them. I use the complete sets as command groups for my Lothern Marines (old 5th Ed metal shadow warriors (u know the ones with swords and skirts! - painted up with lovely shiny golden helms and aquamarine surcoats) - the other two standard bearers have been converted to be holding a proper spear and act as champions for my two regiments of "House Guard" plastic Spearelves (they are made up of the old 5th ED regimental plastic spearelves with some of those ace new feathers from the new plastic spearelves box set glued over thier helms)
I really wanna try and get hold of some more of these old 5th Ed command groups - im particularly after a pair of the old 5th Ed white lion champion models (the chunky ones with the spear and the lion-pelt) these guys were awesome!

Congrats on getting the old charioteer!
The command models belong with the old swordmasters I believe - the standard bearer was available for sale a few weeks ago on Polish ebay. I have 2 of the rank and file models - I bought them to have a complete unit of 20 SM. They bring back great memories from the 5th edition battle book (I think they were the only HE elite infantry shown in the book!).
The mage in the left of the previous picture I bought a week ago

Yes here we are I was pretty sure that the Command Group were old Maurader Miniatures figures by Ally and Trish Morrison. I haven't ever seen those metal Swordmasters by Maurader though and I must say I'd be very keen to find some.

I've got number 1 and 3, the ones in the middle They look okay in a unit of the nwer models - I'll try and post them on my blog some time soon.
I've been thinking of including some old White Lions in my army as well...
BTW, here's a picture of the unit:
