Okay this is a list i have come up with that I want improve through trial and error. It looks reasonably sound to me except the lack of movement. Was hoping my White Lion chariots would help give the movement the rest of the army lack but with being unable to march it is still not particularly fast unless on the charge.

I play dwarfs almost every week so if i replace my dispel scrolls with more power stones i think this list would work on them too.

However, i am still new to WH and this list may be useless altogether so im hoping that some of you more experienced generals could give me some constructive criticism on my list. I also expect to play Lizardmen soon so anything in particular i could do to tailor this list to suit them?

I see there isnt much interest in this thread, is the list useless or does nobody think it needs improved? (doubt that, maybe just needs rubbed out and rebuilt lol)

20 PG is to much, take 15 and give them banner of sorcery. Also, give BSB sword of might and helm of fortune.

So swap one for DPs

No list is useless altogether and yours is far from weak. I'm not exactly an experienced general but I think I'm not bad . For LM take shadow or metal lore as those are the best lores for them. Watch out for stegadons and sacrifice your chariots to attempt to kill the priest on top.

Okay thanks for the feedback guys, the 20 PG i was really considering putting down as 15 but I opted for 20 for the extra rank and 15 sounds like a bad number but now that you guys say 15 I am now convinced to go along with it. Dont yet have any DP models... bloody overpriced! Only recently painted my white lion chariots too thats why i am trying to squeeze them in lol Although if I can proxy/borrow DP's ill sub some dps in for the chariot. Just read the helm of fortune, good item for the 25 points. What about my mages, are they ok on foot or is it better to mount them?

I believe the LM will be taking at LEAST two steg's and its a 2k point battle, is this average or will it be hard to deal with? No idea about anything else tho.

2 stegs is harsh, though not mega mega cheese its not friendly.
Your mages are fine on foot

Mages on foot are fine. Put them in a unit until it looks like the unit is going into combat and then leave the unit, maybe just by going behind it.

I've seen 4 stegs at 2k. He didn't have much else though.

Haha yeah that looks cheesy as heck, done its job tho on its opponent!

What units should I fear in lizardmen that could provide a surprise punch? Last time I played, 5 blood knights or something owned 6 dragon princes hard and i thought i had good odd's on the charge lol.
