It's a decent enought list.

Personally I am not a fan of the second Mage, 185pts is too much for what he adds IMHO. I would take three characters, if you want more magic I'd swap the Prince for an Archmage. I quite like him as he is but you would be in for a rough time defending the magic phase. Workable though, so long as you're not facing double-figure power dice.

You have enough combat units but they are a bit lightweight, I'd be especially concerned about enemy shooting. If you drop the Mage it frees you up to add some bodies.
