refining the 2250 points list-aiming for mid tier comp

So Having played a few games I've refined the list I want to take to the next local tournament. The local scene isn't full of cheese, so I want ot create the list with that in mind.

so got 7-9 PD and only 4 DD with +1 to dispel.
BSB either hangs in the whitelions or in the spearelves.
lvl4 hangs in the spear elves with the -1 to hit with shooting to hopefully help keep them around
reavor bow noble has all the fun as my mobile s5 shots and light stuff hunter

2 dragon prince punch units
whitelions to chop up wraiths or monsters/be the anvil
chariots to be annoying
swordmasters to go choppy chop
under the cover of RBT and archers

The guts of it look fine to me but I'd suggest a few changes.

Firstly, if you have extra models, I'd up the Spears to 19, you need the ranks and US. If you don't, I'd put Lion Std on them to prevent autobreaking. With that and the BSB they could be OK. In this case you would need to upgrade the Lions to Standard of Balance, which is a good pick anyway if you have the points.

It's a shame to duplicate the standard build but I reckon you need to replace Sacred Incense with 2 scrolls. Even if you're not facing big magic phases you need these IMHO. The Eagle Noble is good in himself but I think a bit of a luxury in a list like this. Run him and see how he goes I guess.
