Overall it looks great.

I personally think you could manage without the Gem, the Reaver Noble and one Lion Chariot but this is down to style. If they work for you, excellent!

I agree with your character choices. They are sound, though i don't think you really need the second noble. With the points you could really just get another cheap unit.

I'd try to squeeze in another eagle, though I really can't see any way to do that without either downgrading one of the chariots or dropping the noble.

Overall its a nice list. I think that it's a bit scary to only have 2 substantial units, but whatever floats your boat.
