Ulthuan Rises

Loremaster Aerthas awoke with a shout inside his chamber on the 17th floor of the Tower of Hoeth. The nightmare was so vivid, so palpable the fear it stried shook him to the core. Fires, waves, earthquakes, countless corpses and the breaking of the world. Cold sweat glistened on his brow in the pale moonlight as the memory of the dream faded. Still trembling he staggered to his table and gazed upon his life work - the great census of Ulthuan commissioned by the Twin Thrones and the accompanying map of all the lands of the Asur. He has been on this task for far too long, his inquiries too winding, his presentation too detailed. Though it was the dead night the experience of the already-forgotten dream drove the sage to dive back to his work. A sip of scented honey wine to calm his nerves, a familiar quill in his hand and the gentle scratching on parchment started a melody of exploration. "Tor Tarara" he sighed "the Merlord's abode...".

Salutations fellow Asur!

With the armies of the Twin Thrones returning to the tabletops after a long exile Ulthuan.net mobilizes to commemorate the occasion.

One of the projects is the creation of detailed maps of Ulthuan, the Old World and the whole of Warhammer World focusing on elven locations. These base maps will then be used as base maps for specialised maps that will include settlements and realms of you our dear users to be accompanied by a lexicon containing basic information on each locale.

As we draw ever closer to the date I invite you to follow the progress, give suggestions, offer solutions and help me in making one of the first steps in ensuring Ulthuan.net is the best place to discuss all things Asur.
