Can someone explain the logic (from a lore perspective or not) of putting magic casting units in the Dark Elf book, and not High Elves, and making Reaper Bolt Throwers special, and not Repeater Bolt Throwers? This is REALLY bugging me.

Honestly, I don't think the High Elves lose either way here. If the Dark Elves get rerolls, great! Then Frostie works his magic. If they don't though, Frostie looses it.

Honestly, GW ought to think about these things before the write the books, or at least have a faq ready to go...

I actually haven't. My issue is fitting in the points for the BSB. I rarely fail the tests since I try to combo charge, and if I get charged, its usually because I want them too.

I dislike the Sea Helm at the moment, but other than that, your list looks pretty solid. I think the missing attacks in your blocks hurt you, unless you are running a White Lion Horde, which I feel is so immobile. OH! THATS WHY YOU TOOK THE SEA HELM! Got it
