Quickie here, about dragon arm, if given to a character on a dragon, does it still cover the dragon, or just the rider??

I really love the HE, with everything, the fluff, but have had problems making them work for me on the tabletop, but I keep coming back, mainly to check up on this thread.

It is very inspiring, for one thing to see people actually doing ok with HE, but also the insight, and the discussions.

Hi guys,

Am trying to get my head around how best to go agaisnt Empire, they have horrible things that we really do not like,

Such as, Mortars, massed gunfire, unbreakable units, AL, and of course, the Steam tank.

So what is the best way around all of this??

just so we are on the same page here, not too sure we are, Did you or he roll highest, because the person who rolls the highest, should as far as I can see after the rule book deploy first. Winning the rool off, only means if you roll higher, you go first, not that you decide, think many people make...

Quick question for you so far, you say you won the roll off to deploy, is this a house rule you use, because its not like that in the rule book any more, if you win a roll off, to start or deploy, that means you actually start, or deply first. unless of course you agree otherwise. As the title says, If I take a Star dragon, with a Prince, I get 80 pts to spend on equipment for him.

So whats the best use of those 80 pts???

Ha ha , think we must have misunderstood each other then, its not that I have a problem using the points, its just like yourself, they disappear way too quickly for my liking. I can very easily use the points and then some. Actually tried making a list with a Star dragon, but you cannot at 2400point...
