The server is set to automatically reboot at 0000 GMT. It takes approx 5 minutes for the site to come back online afterwards.

Quick answer: There isn't one. If we have to abandon the domain, rebuild the forums, and reset all the activity again, then things may change.

Upsets are a part of any tournament structure, but IMO Duke's bracket was one of the easier ones, reducing their chances of being upset.
