With all the terrain it's hard to get a hit when your appoinent knows how to hide the main targets well. Making rbts not too great.

Both are Cav Princes

First one has Giant blade, enchanted shield, dawnstone with dragon armour
giving a str 7 1+ reroll armour save and 6++ (hoping the archmage can help that)

Or instead of Giant blade use the obsidian blade and TOTS.

I'd say a big block of Lions and a smaller block of SM's, if you are afraid of magic missles add the MR(2) banner.

then have a level 4 with book and cast dwellers.

on a turn that you roll high for winds of magic (+ bannor of sorc) you can probably kill off majority of any unit including any characters in it

Just a quick question about magic defence. If you have 2 mages (lets say an archmage and a level 1) which build would be better? a dispel scroll with sigil or annulian crystal with sigil? either way i think sigil is a must but dont know what the 2nd archane item should be.

I think if the eagle got into combat with the machine, it has done its job already and you dont need to waste power dice on it.

I'd say take as many eagles possible, then take 2 units of 5 silver helms with only sheilds to rush down his warmachines or gunners. An archmage with book should do the job. I'd say life would be the best since all you need to do is survive until you get into combat. Spread your units out into thin ...
